For software sales, we provide for a full refund within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase, minus expense for processing and training fees. For hardware sales we accept returns within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase. For GTCO / Calcomp hardware product returns, the buyer must pay for return / original shipping charges and full insurance on the equipment. The digitizer must be received at GTCO / Calcomp factory in "as-new" condition, with a 15% re-stocking fee applied plus applicable service / processing fees. For digitizers not using Logic Trace software all sales are final. Buyer has 100% responsibility for their software compatibility prior to purchase.
